Joshua Jackson, Katie Holmes’ first boyfriend, showed up at her rehearsal in New York. Joshua Jackson was Holmes’ co-star in Dawson Creek and her first love.

Holmes was reportedly excited and happy to see him. Jackson gave Holmes a bunch of flowers and she returned him a gift by giving him a big hug. Jackson dropped by to see for himself how his old friend was. Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson dated for a year in 1988 before Holmes met Tom Cruise. Jackson’s visit was nothing more than a check from an old friend. There was nothing else to it.
