Updated June 2- Katie Couric made fun of herself at a speech. The annual Class Day address at Princeton University saw Couric at the podium. Couric reminded Michelle Obama was a graduate of Princeton. In reference to the TV show and her younger boyfriend, Brooks Perlin, Couric said she was more of a tiger than a cougar. The tiger was chosen as a point of comparison as it was the mascot on Princeton. Couric graduated from UVA.

Couric dropped some slights like saying she could see New Jersey from her house. Previously, Sarah Palin said a similar line about seeing Russia from Alaska. Palin blamed Katie Couric for presenting her in a negative light during the election campaign press interviews.
