Kathleen Neill, 26, a model, was arrested. Neill posed nude at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Kathleen Neill posed naked in the view of visitors at the Museum.

Kathleen Neill was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and public lewdness. Neill was released and told to attend her court appointment on September 22.

Strangely, the photographer, Zach Hyman, was not charged with any crimes. A staff of the museum witnessed Hyman shooting the naked model and stopped them. The staff detained Neill and Hyman until police arrived.

Zach Hyman has a photography exhibition on September 3, 2009. The venue is at the Chair and the Maiden Gallery in Manhattan. Hopefully, Hyman will be able to attend his own exhibition if he doesn’t get arrested.
