Kathleen Hewko, of Delran Township, N.J., is suing Starters Pub, near Allentown, Pennsylvania. Hewko claimed she was stuck inside a toilet bowl of the Starters Pub toilet for 20 minutes. Hewko alleged the toilet seat cracked while she was seated on it and she fell into the toilet bowl.

Kathleen Hewko filed her lawsuit against Starters Pub in Nov. 2008. Hewko claimed she had hip surgery before the toilet seat incident in Nov. 19, 2006. Hewko claimed she re-injured her hip when she fell into the toilet bowl. Kathleen Hewko’s lawsuit named Starter Pub mad Kohler Co. Kohler is the company that made that toilet seat. Both Starters and Kohler Co. have refused to comment on the lawsuit.
