Katherine Kelly, 76, has been arrested for the 73rd time in 40 years. Katherine Kelly was arrested for stealing a police decoy wallet in a supermarket.

Katherine Kelly was found with the said wallet stuffed into her bra. Kelly, 76, had used 36 aliases in the past. Kelly used her address as 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, Brooklyn. Such an address did not exist, although 1600 Pennsylvania Ave is the location of the White House in Washington, D.C.
