Katherine Heigl has the beginnings of cellulite on the backs of her thighs. She has to do something before she becomes an Emmy actress with cheese thighs. Katherine Heigl & her newly wed husband, Josh Kelley enjoyed lunch, margaritas, tequilas, smokes and fruity drinks while baking in the sun.
