Kate Moss had a wardrobe malfunction when she attended the birthday party of Sir Philip Green. Moss brought some presents for Sir Green for his 57th birthday party held on March 16.

Sir Green is the owner of Topshop, who carries one line of Kate Moss fashions. Moss wore a low cut top and jacket. The jacket flaps opened to reveal more of Moss. Look at the pictures here. Scroll down the site for more.
