Hugh Hefner celebrated Halloween 2008 with his traditional Hefner Playboy Mansion Halloween Party. Hefner’s new twin girlfriends, Kristina Shannon and Karina Shannon, were his Playboy bunnies.

In addition to Karina and Kristina Shannon, there were Hefner’s old girlfriends, Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson. Many women were also present and willing to become new Playboy bunnies for Hefner.
