Daniel Wade Moore is a suspect in the murder of Karen Tipton. He said he made a fake confession to his uncle about being in the house of Karen Tipton when she died. Karen Tipton was married to Dr David Tipton, a psychologist. David Tipton was also a suspect but he was never put on trial. Daniel Wade Moore has been tried 2 times for the same murder case of Karen Tipton. There was insufficient conclusive evidence. Moore has been released on bail until he heads back for his third trial in April 2009.

David Tipton may have plausible cause to be a suspect in the murder of Karen Tipton, his wife. Karen Tipton was in favor of being a swinger whereas he was not. He was suspected to have engaged in gay internet porn. David Tipton was seen by a witness as having arrived home a good 90 minutes before he called police to say he discovered Karen Tipton’s body.
