Kanye West was arrested in the UK after an alleged assault on a photographer. Kanye West was later released without charges being files. West was arrested on Nov. 14 after an incident outside a UK nightclub, named as the Tup Tup Palace club in Newcastle. Kanye West’s UK record company, Mercury Records, refused to give a statement on West’s arrest.

Kanye West is in the UK to perform in his “Glow in the Dark” tour.

In the UK, the police will arrest a suspect for questioning. Anybody who is taken in for questioning is first arrested.
