Kanye West & Dan Crawley: West & Crawley charged for damage

Kanye West has been charged with misdemeanour battery, grand theft and vandalism. West was charged for the incident where he damaged a celebrity photographer’s camera.

If Kanye West is convicted, he faces up to 2 and half years in jail. West’s manager, Dan Crawley, faces similar charges in the same incident. County prosecutors refused to charge West and Crawley so the City Attorney, Rocky Delgadillo, decided to take it upon himself to file charges against West and Crawley.

Kanye West and Crawley were videotaped in the incident in September 2008.
