Kaboni Savage has been charged with 12 murders and an arson. Savage’s alleged motive was retaliation. Savage, an alleged drug warlord, is accused of ordering the arson in Oct 2004.

Savage allegedly wanted to retaliate against Eugene Coleman, a cocaine trafficker who became an informant. Coleman was supposed to give witness testimony. Savage and his three associates were charged with these murders.

Eugene Coleman’s mother, his young son, niece, two teenaged relatives and a teenager family friend were killed. The other 6 victims were believed to be rival drug dealers, drug business associates and killers of Savage’s gang.

Kaboni Savage has denied responsibility for the arson through his lawyer.
