Justine Swartz Abshire, or Justine Abshire, 27, was dead on the night of Nov. 3, 2006. Justine Swartz Abshire’s body was on a road in Barboursville, near the Greene County line. Police thought it was a hit-and-run. Then, new evidence for the case of Justine Swartz Abshire suggested foul play was involved.
