Julio Reyes, 38, and Rachel Hillsman, 24, are missing in Houston, Texas. Reyes allegedly abducted Hillsman on Tuesday morning, August 18. Rachel Hillsman was a former girlfriend of Julio Reyes. Reyes and Hillsman worked in the Katy school district, outside Houston, as police officers.

On Monday night, Rachel Hillsman and her two kids stayed at her mother’s home because Julio Reyes had an argument with her on that Monday, August 17. The following day, which was Tuesday, was when Reyes showed up at Hillsman’s mother’s home and confronted her at the driveway.

Rachel Hillsman has two children. Hillsman’s 13 month old daughter is fathered by Julio Reyes. LeAnn, the older girl, who is 7 years old, witnessed her parents having a physical confrontation before Reyes took Hillsman away. Reyes has a son from an earlier relationship.
