Julie von Tungeln charged with sexual assault
By Clarencia Cynrae on August 23rd, 2008Julie von Tungeln was charged with sexual assault. Julie von Tungeln was accused of having sex with a minor, age 16. Julie von Tungeln faces 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. She was bailed out on a $10,000 bond.

I am sickened by this news….I have known her for over 25 yrs…She was nice but a little snotty, not slutty. Her husband has worked incredibly hard to establish himself as a CPA and a partner in his firm. They dated and were married for all of that time. I am heartbroken for my friend. She had things handed to her, he has worked (and I thought always beside him) for every cent they have. How does she repay him…by having sex with several teenage boys…I don’t know if their 14 yr. old daughter helped intro. them…but Julie made these horrible choices, obviously OFTEN and NUMEROUS..I hope she gets at LEAST 5 yrs. state…Her husband is a handsome, intelligent man and he will move on.
Kenneth if you read this, know everyone who knows you is wishing and hoping the best for you. Prayers will help, but only time may heal,,,but you must go on brother…We all love you…Class of 83′

I know and love Julie, Kenneth and their family, and i am so sad for them and what they are going thru. And I want you to know that I am sickend by your post. First off, Your questioning weather their daughter “helped intro them” was uncalled for
she did not cause this situation, and it is in no way her fault. she has alot to deal with and this will be even harder on her with school starting monday and her mothers picture plasterd all over the paper and in the news, you are an adult, and you should be ashamed. I am truley wondering why you even posted any of this crap! I dont belive that you said any of this because you are such a good friend of 25 years and it was out of love and concern for any kenneth. I think you are jealous of Julie her being “snotty” and having “everything handed to her” while her “handsom, intelligent” husband worked so “incredibly hard” I mean come on just what do kenneths looks or intelligence have to do with any of this?
Julie made a bad choice, but I dont belive she deserves to go to prison for it, she screwed up, and I think your glad.

Hey “Friend”,
Men go to jail for rape. Sex with a minor is just that whether consenting or not.If these charges prove to be true, then her “bad choice ” is a crime and is punishable in Texas with time in prison.

I SEEMS AS THOUGH SOME PEOPLE LIKE TO THRIVE ON OTHER PEOPLES ISSUES. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE KINDS OF HAPPENING AFFECT OUR WHOLE TOWN, BUT WE ARE NOT GOD, THE JUDGE OR THE JURY. GOD HAS A PLAN FOR JULIE AND THE WHOLE FAMILY AND THESE BOYS ALSO. THIS IS VERY!!!!! SAD!!! I WENT TO SCHOOL WITH BOTH KENNETH AND JULIE, MY HEARTS HURTS FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY AND MAINLY THIER DAUGHTER, WHAT A LIFE RIGHT?? AND AS WE ALL KNOW, KIDS CAN BE CRUEL, SO HER HELL IS ONLY STARTING. JULIE WAS WRONG!! THERE IS NO DOUBT ABOUT IT, SHE KNOWS IT HER FAMILY KNOWS IT AND THE WHOLE TOWN KNOWS IT, BUT I HAVE ALWAYS BELEIVED THAT PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN GLASS HOUSES DONT THROW STONES AND NONE OF US ARE PERFECT, SHE WILL PAY FOR HE MISTAKES. SO I THIK WE AS A COMMUNITY SHOULD JUST PRAY FOR THE FAMILY AND LEAVE THE REST UP TO GOD. THIS IS A SMALL TOWN AND SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN NEXT WEEK THAT WILL TAKE THE SPOT LIGHT OFF OF THIS AND ON TO SOMETHING ELSE. I WAS BORN AND RAISED HERE, SOME THINGS NEVER CHANGE. PEOPLE LOVE……..TO GOSSIP. I WILL KEEP EVERYONE CONCERNED IN MY PRAYERS AS I HOPE EVERYONE ELSE DOES THE SAME.
