Ivan Lattimore was in court when the evidence of his camera and the sex tape of Julie Donaldson, a sports reporter, became available. Lattimore and Donaldson’s sex tape was evidence against him so Lattimore stole it and hid it in his underwear. Lattimore was already serving one year of his two year jail sentence when he stole the camera with Jukie Donaldson’s sex tape in it.

The camera and sex tape were recovered from Lattimore after a search. Julie Donaldson was Miss Florida 2000 and competed in Miss USA in 2001. Donaldson said she had a history of being battered by her boyfriend Lattimore while she hid her bruises.
