Updated June 28 2009 – Julie Chen will continue hosting for Big Brother 11. Allison Grodner said Julie Chen will give birth after the season of Big Brother ends so her delivery essentially does not affect the show. Big Brother 11 might benefit by riding on the coat tails of Julie Chen.

The final cast of Big Brother 11 has been chosen but they are kept in the dark to make the premiere a surprise.

Julie Chen has promised she would not be taking maternity leave from her duties hosting Big Brother 11. Chen is due to give birth on Oct 4. Chen’s husband, CBS President and CEO, Les Moonves, are expecting their first child together on Oct 4.

Moonves was married to Nancy Wiesenfield Moonves for 26 years. Les divorced Wiesenfield Moonves in 2004.

Julie Chen, the host, explained that the Big Brother banner did not say anything that was related to the Big Brother. So those readers who guessed that it was a birthday message were probably right. It looked like a birthday message in the picture.

Julie Chen saw that Angie was voted out of Big Brother House in this episode. Angie got the boot. Julie Chen asked Angie why she wore Brian’s knitted cap without fail daily. Julie Chen wanted to know if there was a romance between Angie and Brian. Angie declined to elaborate but denied any love interests.
