Julie Amanda Tilton, of Atlanta, has sued over her photos that appeared on the internet. Tilton was 2 months short of her 18th birthday and a minor, when her wet T shirt contest photos were posted online. Tilton lost her lawsuit on her sexy photos.

Tilton had participated in the wet T shirt contests which were observed by 300 – 400 people. Some people in the audience had cameras.

The federal appeals judge refused to consider Tilton’s lawsuit. There were 3 judges in the appeals court. They made the concession that attorney fees be granted to Julie Tilton from the photographer.
