Julian Alexander died after being shot twice in his chest by a police officer. The policeman in Anaheim, Ca., was chasing 4 suspects involved in a burglary and he mistook Julian Alexander for one of the four suspects. Alexander had stepped outside his home to confront some suspected burglars when he was mistaken to be a burglar himself.

Jerry Alexander, Julian’s father, voiced the reality. It was easy for the police to claim a case of mistaken identity. Julian Alexander was a new bridegroom and would have been a new father in December. Mrs Julian Alexander, 19, will give birth in Dec. Michelle Mooney, Julian Alexander’s mother, said her son was a good kid. The FBI, Orange County Office of Independent Review and the D.A.’s office will conduct investigations.
