Juan Hernandez and Cynthia Hernandez have been found Saturday night, August 1. Police found Mr Hernandez when he stopped at a gas station to refill. Police sent Cynthia Hernandez back to her family.

Cynthia Hernandez, 13, has been kidnapped by her uncle. Hernandez was abducted by her uncle, Juan Hernandez, 45, after he argued with her mother. Cynthia Hernandez has been missing since Friday night, July 31. There is an amber alert out for Cynthia Hernandez.

Juan Hernandez s 5’10”, weighs about 240 pounds and has tattoos of the lerre B on his upper chest. Juan has a tattoo of a tower on his left upper arm. Hernandez may be armed and daherous as he told his family members he has a handgun. Juan Hernandez may be driving a black colored Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, with a California license plate, 8N 84118.
