Joshua N Sizemore, 23, and Amanda L Madison, 18, were arrested on suspicion of throwing rocks at passing cars. Sizemore and Madison were on a railroad trestle over Interstate 5 near Lakewood, Washington.

Sizemore and Madison were playing a stripping game that included dropping rocks down on vehicles. Sizemore and Madison were charged with malicious mischief and second degree assault. A Stat Patrol plane caught a video of Sizemore and Madison tossing rocks on their perch at the trestle.

When cops reached Sizemore and Madison, they saw Madison was stripped down to her underwear.
