Joseph L Warnock, 41, was arrested on suspicion of killing his wife, Angela Warnock, 38. Warnock, of Indiana, was arrested after his older daughter, aged 11, called 911 to report that Her Daddy had stabbed Mommy. Mr Warnock broke into Angela’s home and started stabbing her. His daughters ran away and hid in a closet. After he left, the older girl dialed 911 to report that her father had stabbed her mother.

Warnock was going through a divorce with Angela. The estranged Mrs Warnock had a protective order against Joseph Warnock. Police searched west of Indianapolis and found Warnock. He is detained in a county jail in Danville.

Angela Warnock had obtained a 2 year extension of her court order for protection. Two days after she was granted her extension, Mr Warnock broke into her home to fatally stab her.
