Joseph Pallipurath, who is in jail awaiting trial, tried to commit suicide. Pallipurath hoarded his medications and ingested a combination of prescription and nonprescription medicines. Pallipurath vomited in his cell. A corrections officer checked in on him and discovered his action. Joseph Pallipurath’s suicide attempt was foiled.
