Jose Ernesto Medellin has been executed as scheduled on Tuesday night.

Texas wants to execute Jose Medellin, 33, a Mexican for his rape and murder crimes committed in 1993. Jose Medellin may die at 2300 GMT in Texas. Meanwhile, his lawyer, Human Rights Watch, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, International Court of Justice (ICJ) order and Mexico are fighting to prevent the execution of Jose Medellin.

Two teenaged girls died because of Jose Medellin.
