Jose Juan Garcia-Perlera, 33, has been arrested and charged for murder and robbery. Garcia-Perlera is suspected of committing 5 home robberies. One of Garcia-Perlera’s victims was murdered. Mary Havenstein was killed on Sept. 4 inside her home.

Police said Garcia-Perlera targetted the lonely elderly in affluent neighborhoods. Police found some stolen items in his possession. They are investigating.
