Jordan Taylor, 9, had a car accident which detached his head from the rest of his body. Jordan Taylor had his accident 3 months ago. Taylor had an “orthopedic decapitation.” Dr. Richard Roberts, of Cook Medical Center, reconnected Taylor’s head to his neck using a metal plate, screws, and titanium rods. Jordan Taylor, who was given 1-2% chance of survival, has defied the odds and recovered from his accident.
