Jonathan Manzo, 10, of San Jose, died in his mother’s minivan when a car collided into it. On Sat., Jonathan Manzo passed away because of the accident. His mother was hospitalized and so were his brother, 15, and sister, 12.

The accident happened when a car travelling in the opposite direction failed to cut the driver in front and veered into the minivan. The driver of the car that failed to overtake on the road was a 17 year old from Lathrop, near Manteca. Police said alcohol was not involved in this collision.
