Jonathan Lee Riches has been named by the Guinness Book of World Records as the man who has the most lawsuits. Riches is now a convicted prisoner in Lexington, Kentucky. Riches was convicted for wire fraud.

Riches claimed he wrote 10 letters to the Guinness Book of Records to turn down their offer of listing him as the most litigious man. Riches said Guinness had the wrong tally on the number of lawsuits he filed. Riches said he had file about 4000 lawsuits and not 5500 as claimed by Guinness.

Jonathan Riches, who is also known by his alias Irving Picard, is unhappy with Guinness publishing his name and has filed a lawsuit against Guinness Book of World Records.
