Jonathan Lee Riches, a convict serving time in Illinois, claimed he is the biological father of Kate Gosselin’s 8 children and Nadya Suleman’s octuplets. Riches is asking for his children to go live with him in prison.

Riches has filed lawsuits against several celebrities before. Riches claimed he had met Kate Gosselin at a Hamsburg Long John Silver restaurant. Riches claimed his sperm was used in the fertility clinic when Ms Gosselin went there in 2002.
