John Worboys, 51, a black cab driver, has been accused of raping as many as 500 women, over 12 years. Worboys was a former porn star and ex stripper.

Worboys was married and divorced from Jean Clayton in 1999. Clayton claimed he assaulted her during their marriage. Clayton also claimed Worboys tried to molest her daughter Carrie –Ann.

Worboys was arrested and as the news spread, more than 5 women approached police to claim they may have been raped by Worboys.

Worboys’ method was to target lone females. Worboys would tell tales of being newly rich from gambling. Worbys would then offer alcohol to the women, claiming he wanted them to help him celebrate his good fortune. Worboys crumbles sedatives into the alcohol.

Worboys was convicted guilty of 19 charges. One charge was on rape while 12 others were on drugging the women. Worboys will be sentenced on April 21. According to the rap sheet, Worboys may face a life sentence in prison.
