John Snyder has been re-arrested on Wednesday, March 4. Snyder, 58, was charged with fresh counts of sexual assault.

Synder was married to his former wife, Joyce Snyder, who ran a daycare at their home. One day, his wife left to go to the store and entrusted the children to Snyder. Snyder allegedly took a girl’s hand and guided her to fondle his groin. Snyder was the sole adult at the in-home daycare at the time of the incident. For this, Snyder faces one felony count of sexual assault on a child by a person of trust.

Snyder and his wife have filed for divorce since his first arrest for sexual assault. Investigators appeal for victims to come forward. Agents suspect Snyder may be having more victims.
