John Lennon’s story, “Nowhere Boy”, will be made into a movie. Matt Greenhalgh will write the story on John Lennon’s family background.

John Lennon was said to have been influenced by women in his life. Lennon’s friendship with Paul McCartney was part of his use of music and art to escape from his life under a strict aunt. Lennon was abandoned by his mother when he was only a child. The director will be Sam Taylor-Wood and the producer is Ecosse Films. The UK Film Council will also develop the film.
