Joe Nacchio, former Qwest Communications International Inc ex-Chief executive, has to go to prison. Nacchio was told by the federal appeals court Monday, April 13, that he has to report to prison on Tuesday, April 14.

Nacchio has to start his prison term for his insider trading conviction. Nacchio’s lawyers have appealed for his freedom pending the US Supreme Court’s decision. Joe Nacchio (photo at link) has applied for a review on his conviction.
