Joe McCain, the brother of John McCain, called the emergency hotline, 911, to complain about traffic. Joe McCain wanted to know why traffic was flowing in one direction of the bridge of 95 and not going on his side of the bridge.

When Joe McCain was told it was wrong to call 911 to complain about traffic, he said a rude word. Joe McCain was unaware callers could be traced and get a call back from the operator. Joe McCain was discovered as his voicemail gave his identification away.
