Joe Horn was cleared of charges from shooting and killing 2 suspected burglars in Pasadena, Nov. 2007

Joe Horn shot suspected burglars Miguel DeJesus and Diego Ortiz three times with a 12 gauge shotgun from a distance of 15 feet. This raised an outcry with some people because the suspects were Hispanic & black & unarmed.
