Joe Francis’ cameraman shot a teenager when she was 16. Joe Francis had her topless photos when she was 16 in 2002.

This girl has sued Joe Francis. Joe Francis responded with a countersuit. Joe Francis settled the suit in Panama City, Florida when he dropped his suit in exchange for her dropping her lawsuit.
