Joe Francis has revealed that since Ashley Dupre has dropped her $10 million lawsuit against him, he has the go ahead to release her infamous sex tape and photographs.

Joe Francis will publish Ashley Dupre’s pictures in his magazine. Girls Gone Wild will see the old Ashley Dupre material beng marketed.

Joe Francis promised that the tape would show Ashley Dupre in some interesting positions. (He wants to sell more tapes.)
