Joe Fischer & Hunter Bush: Fischer & Bush hung Obama effigy

Joe Fischer, 22, and Hunter Bush, 21, of Lexington, were arrested for hanging a Barack Obama effigy on a tree located on the grounds of the University of Kentucky. On Thur., Oct . 30, Joe Fischer and Hunter Bush surrendered themselves to UK police.

University of Kentucky (UK) Police Interim Chief Joe Munroe said Fischer and Bush described the effigy as a stunt that got out of hand. Fischer and Bush reportedly decided to hang the Obama effigy after seeing reports of the Palin effigy in West Hollywood. Hunter Bush and Joe Fischer are both students of University of Kentucky (UK).
