President-Elect Barack Obama met Joe Biden at lunch in Chicago on Wed., Nov. 19. Obama presented Biden with cupcakes and orchestrated a Happy Birthday song. Obama gave Biden a Chicago White Sox hat, a Chicago Bears hat and a bucket of Garrett’s popcorn. Yesterday was the official birthday celebration for Joe Biden in the Obama camp as they knew Biden had the actual birthday off for his private celebration. Biden chose to have a private celebration on his birthday, November 20, in Delaware.
