Jodi Wykle, of Lake Wales, bought a new box of Nintendo DS from her local Wal-Mart. Jodi Wykle asked the staff to open the box to ensure a Nintendo was really inside.

Jodi Wykle gave the Nintendo DS as a birthday present to her son, 16. He opened it and found a pile of rocks wrapped in Chinese language newspaper. Someone made the switch at Wal-Mart. Jodi Wykle complained and got a new box with a real Nintendo DS inside. Wal-Mart compensated her for the trouble and transport with a gift certificate for $20.
