Jocelyn S Kirsch: Kirsch’s 5 years prison sentence

Jocelyn S. Kirsch, 23, charged with identity fraud scam, pleaded guilty and was sentenced. Jocelyn S. Kirsch received a sentence of 5 years in prison. Kirsch was sentenced on Fri., Oct 17, in Philadelphia.

The judge ordered mental health treatment for Kirsch while she is in prison. Kirsch must repay $100,000 in restitution. Kirsch will have 5 years of probation after she is released from prison. Kirsch’s ex boyfriend, Edward K. Anderton, a graduate from University of Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty to similar charges. Anderton will be sentenced on Nov. 14.
