In the meantime, Smith will have no driving licence. Smith has to sign up for weekly counseling. He has to undergo random drug screenings during his house arrest. Lastly, Jimmy Smith was fined $1000.

Jimmy Smith, Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver, was arrested and charged for drug offences. Smith was arrested in Jacksonville, Florida.
Jimmy Smith was charged with operating a vehicle without a valid license, possession or selling a controlled substance, cocaine possession, possession of cannabis and use of drug paraphernalia.
Jimmy Smith was stopped by the Florida State Troopers. Smith was arrested when a check revealed he possessed drugs. Smith was held in jail in lieu of a $5006 bond. Smith will appear in court on Thursday, April 23.
