Jessica Voth has filed a lawsuit against Miles Marsh. Voth claimed her ex boyfriend Marsh posted her naked pictures on a website. Voth said her friend informed her about her nude photos that were posted online in a website that published images of former girlfriends of disgruntled guys.

Jessica Voth said she suspected Miles Marsh as they had a conversation after their split. Voth said Marsh promised to keep her nude pictures private even after their break up. Voth filed a lawsuit to seek unspecified compensation and damages. Voth claimed she suffered emotional stress with the invasion of privacy.
