Kelly Clarkson paid a huge compliment to Jessica Simpson. Clarkson said Jessica Simpson is not fat. Clarkson acknowledged her own size and implied she was not thinner or fatter than Simpson. Clarkson said Simpson is a small size.

As you can see from the picture, Jessica Simpson is not fat.
