Jessica Sierra, a former singer contestant in American Idol, was arrested in Florida on April 13 2009. Sierra was charged with felony battery.

What happened was that Sierra was accused of hitting a man on the head with a heavy glass. The alleged incident happened in a café. Police found cocaine on Sierra and she was charged with possession of cocaine. Jessica Sierra paid $11,500 bail and was released.
