Jeromie Cancel, 22, confessed he killed Kevin Pravia, 19. However, Jeromie Cancel pleaded not guilty to the second degree murder charge. Usually, a murder with intention gets a first degree murder charge but Cancel was charged on a lesser charge.

Jeromie Cancel told police he killed Kevin Pravia because he was bored.
