Updated November 5 – Jeremy Aikman has been brought into the custody battle between Sandra Bullock, Jesse James and Janine Lindemulder. Aikman is present husband of Lindemulder. James and Bullock are attacking the characters of Aikman and Lindemulder to convince the judge that Lindemulder is unfit to have custody of Sunny James.

Sandra Bullock alleged Lindemulder falls asleep after she binges on drugs and is unfit to be a mother to Sunny. Ms Lindemulder denied this and said she had changed. Lindemulder claimed she trued to be the best mother possible to Sunny.

Lindemulder said Bullock wanted to have Sunny because she was unable to bear children of her own. Bullock has denied this.

Jesse James claimed Lindemulder remarried. Lindemulder allegedly married Jeremy Aikman. James said Aikman is a former convict. James said Aikman served time twice for federal and state offences.

Lindemulder insisted she would like to invite Bullock over for dinner and communicate to her to show her what she is like.
