Jennifer Lopez has a gruelling exercise schedule to help her lose her pregnancy weight gain. She has workouts 3 hours daily every single day. So far, she has lost 40 lbs in a month. If you want to follow her example, you’ve got to have 1 hour each of Pilates, cardio workout and weight training.
