Jennifer Espinosa, a teacher in a high school in Chicago, was accused of criminal sex abuse. Espinosa was charged after she admitted she had a sexual relationship with a student, 16.

Espinosa was in her car with the teen on Saturday, May 23. Espinosa, 38, was arrested and jailed in lieu of a $50,000 bond. Espinosa told police she started her relationship with the boy after he was expelled from school in Sep 2008.

Both Jennifer Espinosa (photo) and the boy are from Maine East High School. Espinosa told police they had sex in her car, in her home, and at the high school.
