Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany are a pair of real life married couple and they will portray a reel life married couple in “Creation.” Creation is John Amiel’s movie about the life of Charles Darwin.

Paul Bettany has the meaty role of Charles Darwin. Emma Darwin will be played by Jennifer Connelly. Charles Darwin was caught in a struggle as he was torn between faith and reason. His wife Emma Darwin was religious and believed in God. Darwin’s research led him to see reason and disbelieve in God. Paul Bettany will show how Darwin struggled with love for his wife Emma Darwin and what he sees as truth in the evolution of species. The cast of Creation includes Jeremy Northam, Toby Jones and Benedict Cumberbatch.
